Frequently Asked Questions
-
I often work with men who feel productive and busy on the outside but rarely have space to process what’s happening beneath the surface. Many are looking to change patterns in their relationships but aren’t sure where to start. Others notice themselves shutting down during conflict, only to regret it later. Some are navigating major life transitions or carrying experiences they’ve never fully dealt with. Therapy here is about helping you understand these patterns, regain clarity, and take steps toward the life and relationships you want.
-
My approach is both relational and intentional. I will provide the space you need to understand yourself and your circumstances, and together we will create a clear, concrete path you can follow to help achieve your goals.
-
While I primarily specialize in supporting men who feel stuck or directionless, I also work with adults of all backgrounds who want to gain clarity, improve relationships, or navigate life transitions. Everyone’s experience is unique, and therapy is tailored to your goals with a trauma-informed, culturally-competent approach.
