Fees
Initial intake session (60 minutes): $180
Ongoing individual therapy sessions (60 minutes): $150
Sessions are offered on a private-pay basis, with payment due at the time of service.
As part of your intake paperwork, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining what you can expect to pay over the course of treatment, in accordance with federal guidelines designed to support transparency in healthcare costs.
Private Pay
Without the constraints of insurance requirements, we’re able to focus fully on the work that matters most — not just what’s covered.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
I am in the process of becoming credentialed with select insurance providers (BCBS, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare) and will update this page as in-network billing becomes available.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates before beginning.
Payment Methods
I accept debit cards, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
For convenience, automatic payment can be set up through the secure client portal. When enabled, session fees are processed after each session.
